By integrating Blazeo with Lawmatics, you can automatically capture and manage leads generated from your Blazeo chat interactions into your Lawmatics account. This integration streamlines the intake process, ensuring that every conversation is logged and potential clients are efficiently followed up with. This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions for setting up the integration and making the most of Blazeo’s capabilities.
Connecting Blazeo
To ensure that chat records from Blazeo are correctly sent to Lawmatics, follow these steps:
- Begin by creating a custom form in your Lawmatics account. This form will capture important details from your chat interactions. Typically, the fields you’ll want to include are:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Chat Summary
- Once your form is set up, navigate back to the custom forms page in Lawmatics. Find the form you would like to connect to Blazeo, then click the three dots next to that form.
- From the dropdown menu, select API Details. On the API details page, copy the provided API link. Share this API link with Blazeo along with a screenshot of the field table displayed below the API link.
By completing these steps, you’ll ensure that chat records from Blazeo are correctly captured in Lawmatics similar to what's shown in the screenshot below.
