Civille Integration
By integrating Civille with Lawmatics, you can automatically capture and manage leads generated from Civille’s website forms and chatbot interactions directly in your Lawmatics account. This integration streamlines your intake process by ensuring that each form submission and chat interaction is recorded, allowing for efficient tracking and follow-up with potential clients. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions for setting up the integration and maximizing Civille’s lead-capturing capabilities.
Connecting Civille
To ensure that website and chat records from Civille are correctly sent to Lawmatics, follow these steps:
- Begin by creating a custom form in your Lawmatics account. This form will capture important details from your website and chat interactions.
- Once your form is set up, navigate back to the custom forms page in Lawmatics. Find the form you would like to connect to Civille, then click the three dots next to that form.
- From the dropdown menu, select API Details. On the API details page, copy the provided API link. Share this API link with Civille along with a screenshot of the field table displayed below the API link.
- By completing these steps, you’ll ensure that chat records from Civille are correctly captured in Lawmatics similar to what's shown in the screenshot below.
Important: If you'd like to track multiple sources from Civille, you can create separate forms in your Lawmatics account. This allows you to connect individual sources from Civille to specific forms in Lawmatics, enabling more detailed source tracking and reporting.
