ZillaMetrics Integration

By integrating ZillaMetrics Chat with Lawmatics, you can seamlessly capture lead details and interactions from your website chat and sync them with your Lawmatics account. This integration ensures that contact and matter details, as well as chat transcripts, are efficiently recorded in Lawmatics, streamlining your lead management process. 

Connect ZillaMetrics Chat to Lawmatics

To connect ZillaMetrics Chat with your Lawmatics account, follow these steps:

  • Add the Lawmatics Extension plugin to the WordPress website where ZillaMetrics Chat is installed.
  • Navigate to the Options tab in the ZillaMetrics Chat plugin and go to the Integrations section.
  • Select the Lawmatics integration option. A modal window will appear for the integration setup.
  • Input your Lawmatics license key and click Activate. 
  • You will be redirected to Lawmatics to authenticate the integration. Log in using your Lawmatics credentials and authorize the connection.

Once the setup is complete, ZillaMetrics Chat will automatically send contacts and matters to Lawmatics for any new leads generated via the chat with the fields below:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email 
  • Phone
  • Source
  • Campaign
  • Chat Transcript

Connect ZillaMetrics Calendar to Lawmatics

If you wish to sync meetings scheduled through ZillaMetrics Chat with your Lawmatics calendar, follow these steps:

  • After authorizing the Lawmatics integration in the plugin, toggle the option to send booking requests to the Lawmatics calendar.
  • A dropdown menu will appear with a list of Lawmatics users. Select the user who should receive booking requests and click Save.
  • Once saved, any booking requests made during a chat will be sent to the selected user’s Lawmatics calendar.

Note: The available time slots displayed in the chat are based on the business opening hours configured in the ZillaMetrics Chat plugin.
