SMB Integration
By integrating SMB with Lawmatics, leads generated from these marketing efforts can be automatically created in your Lawmatics account. This ensures that every lead captured through your funnels is seamlessly transferred into Lawmatics, allowing your team to manage and follow up on potential clients more efficiently.
Connecting SMB for PPC/Click Funnels
To set up the integration between SMB and Lawmatics, follow these steps:
- Start by creating custom forms in Lawmatics that correspond to each of your landing pages. Alternatively, you can confirm if any existing forms cam be used. For example, you may want one form labeled "PPC Leads From SMB" and another labeled "Website Leads From SMB," depending on how your funnels are organized. Each form should have five mandated fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
- Case blurb
- To grant access for the integration, email nick@smbteam.com with the necessary details to give him access to your Lawmatics account. This step is essential for SMB to complete the setup.
- Once access is provided, SMB’s team will log in to Zapier, ClickFunnels, and Lawmatics to finalize the integration. They will ensure that each landing page is properly linked with the corresponding forms in Lawmatics.
Connecting SMB for CallRail
In addition to connecting leads from SMB, firms can also integrate their CallRail account with Lawmatics. To do this, please contact SMB's team to request the necessary CallRail details, such as the Account Name, ID, API Key, and any other required information.
