The Analytics page, located under the Reports tab in the left-side navigation, provides powerful insight into your Lawmatics data. This page includes a variety of built-in graphs and metrics to help you evaluate:
Conversion rates
Source and practice area performance
Appointment attendance
Matter volume trends
Sales team performance (if enabled)

At the top right corner of the Analytics page, youโll find the date range selector.
You can choose from preset ranges like:
This Week
This Month
Last Month
All Time
Or click Custom to select a specific start and end date.

This graph shows the number of matters created across time intervals.
View by Matter (all new leads) or Client (converted only)
Time intervals adjust based on the selected date range:
Monthly view for shorter ranges
Yearly view for broader ranges (e.g., All Time)
๐ง Use this graph to identify intake trends by season, month, or year.
๐ Appointment Stats
Track appointment attendance across different appointment types.
Use the dropdown on the left to select an appointment type.
Hover over the graph for a breakdown of:
Total appointments
Shows
No-shows

This section appears only if the Sales Team feature is enabled in your Firm Settings.
Sales Team Setup:
Assign a Salesperson to each matter using the Salesperson field.
View performance metrics for each assigned user.
The graph will display:
Salespeople across the X-axis
Number of matters assigned on the Y-axis
Statuses color-coded (e.g., Hired, PNC, Lost)
