Our User Activity Reports allow you to track and review detailed user actions within your Lawmatics account over a selected period of time. These reports provide valuable insight into how your team members are interacting with your account and what specific actions they are performing.
Creating a User Activity Report
1. Navigate to your Custom Reports page.
2. Click on Create New Report.
3. From the Report Type dropdown menu, select User Activity.
4. Customize the report by selecting columns and filters such as:
User
Item
Action
Activity Date
You can also group columns as needed, just like with other Lawmatics report types.
Viewing and Exporting Your Report
Because User Activity Reports contain a large amount of detailed data, there are a few important considerations:
The date range filter is limited to a maximum span of one year.
If your report includes over 1,000 records, you'll need to export the report to view the complete dataset. Simply click the Export button within the report to download the data.
Important: This feature is available for firms on our Premium tier. If your firm is not on the Premium tier but you're interested in using User Activity Reports, please reach out to our support team.
