LM[AI] - AI Generated Email Templates

Lawmatics has launched its own artificial intelligence (AI) within the platform, becoming the first legal CRM to offer AI. Known as LM[AI], this generative text tool is your new go-to for easily and effortlessly drafting content in plain text emails.

LM[AI] is an intuitive and easy-to-use option available to all Lawmatics users on our Pro Tier and above. To get started with LM[AI], simply navigate to the Emails page found under the Assets tab, and then create a new plain text email or edit an existing. 

You will then see an LM[AI] icon within the plain text email builder, found near the bottom left corner of the email editor toolbar. Click this button to view your AI options as shown below. 

When drafting a new email, simply provide a prompt, just as you would when using ChatGPT or any other generative AI tool. 

Click Generate, and LM[AI] will draft a complete plaintext email, including merge fields where appropriate, based on the given prompt. 

You can then manually edit the generated text by simply typing within the email, or have LM[AI] make changes for you. 

Simply highlight the text as shown above, click on the AI button again, and then select one the following buttons to instruct LM[AI] to edit its own content:

• Make More Friendly
• Make More Formal
• Rephrase
• Correct Grammar & Spelling

The system will then offer you new content based on your selection, and you have the option to accept or cancel the changes.

Please note that LM[AI] is a voluntary feature, the platform will never use any AI on your content unless you have chosen to click the AI button. If you do not wish to even see the AI option in your firm's emails for whatever reason, feel free to email us at support@lawmatics.com and we can remove that option from your firm.
