We’re thrilled to have you on board! Here's a breakdown of your onboarding process, designed to get your firm fully set up and confident using Lawmatics.


🟦 Phase 1: Preliminary Setup & Kickoff (7–14 Days)

What to Expect:

  • You'll receive a welcome email with:

    • A link to schedule your kickoff call

    • A short video from our onboarding team leader

    • A link to upload key assets (forms, documents, email templates)

Before the Call:
Complete your Guided Onboarding Checklist:

  • βœ… Notifications setup

  • βœ… Mail & calendar sync

  • βœ… Firm settings

  • βœ… Email domain verification

  • βœ… LMPay setup (if applicable)

Kickoff Call Focus:

  • Understand your firm’s intake process

  • Identify the first 3–4 automations to build

  • Walkthrough: How to create and manage a Matter

Post-Call Homework:

  • Upload any remaining assets

  • Create your first Matter in Lawmatics


🟩 Phase 2: Account Build-Out (3–4 Weeks)

What Happens in Build Calls (2–3 Total):

  • Review and train on your initial automations

  • Request tweaks or revisions

  • Define the next round of automations (up to 10 total)

You’ll Also:

  • Get familiar with Reports and Campaigns

  • Connect external Lead Sources (we’ll help your marketing/web team get these integrated)


🟨 Phase 3: Team Training (1–2 Weeks)

Hands-on training to ensure your full team knows how to confidently use Lawmatics and your new workflows.


🟧 Phase 4: Data Import (After Final Training)

We’ll help you go live by importing your client list.
