Before the Call:
Complete your Guided Onboarding Checklist:

Kickoff Call Focus:
Understand your firm’s intake process
Identify the first 3–4 automations to build
Walkthrough: How to create and manage a Matter
Post-Call Homework:
Upload any remaining assets
Create your first Matter in Lawmatics
🟩 Phase 2: Account Build-Out (3–4 Weeks)
What Happens in Build Calls (2–3 Total):
Review and train on your initial automations
Request tweaks or revisions
Define the next round of automations (up to 10 total)

Get familiar with Reports and Campaigns
Connect external Lead Sources (we’ll help your marketing/web team get these integrated)

Hands-on training to ensure your full team knows how to confidently use Lawmatics and your new workflows.

We’ll help you go live by importing your client list.
