Surcharging for Time & Billing

We've added a new optional 3% surcharging feature for firms using our Time & Billing functionality. You can now set a default preference on your Invoices settings page, and you'll also have the ability to enable or disable surcharging on a per-invoice basis.

Fixes

  • For CallRail agencies connecting to Lawmatics, marketing sources were incorrectly displaying all phone numbers in the agency account instead of just the firm's own numbers. This issue has been resolved.

  • Appointment merge fields were not populating correctly in HTML emails and displayed the merge field code instead of the appointment information. This issue has been resolved.

Invoice Forwarding Improvements

We've improved the invoice forwarding process. Now, when an old invoice is forwarded to a new invoices, the outstanding balance is automatically moved to the new invoice, and all future transactions will be recorded on this new invoice rather than on previous invoices.

Note for QuickBooks Integration Users:
This update introduces an additional field that must be mapped to QuickBooks. To complete this setup, please visit your QuickBooks Integration page.

Fixes

  • Tasks with a due date set for a specific time were not respecting the selected timezone. This issue has been resolved.

  • The "Send Scheduled Email" button was unresponsive when selected. This issue has been resolved.

  • Documents shared to the client portal were not appearing in the portal. This issue has been resolved.

  • The "Cost Per Lead" and "Cost Per Client" panels on custom dashboards were incorrectly showing $0.00. This issue has been resolved.
