Custom Dashboards: New option for grouping by multi-picklist fields

When you build a Data Panel in a Custom Dashboard and choose a multi-picklist field as the Grouping, a new toggle appears below it: Split values for grouping. It controls how records with more than one selected value are counted.

  • Toggle off: each unique combination of values gets its own group. A task tagged both Urgent and Review appears once, in a group called “Urgent, Review.”

  • Toggle on: each value gets its own group, and a record is counted in every group it belongs to. That same task appears once under Urgent and once under Review.

Trust Fund Requests Report

You can now see all of your trust fund requests in one place. The new Trust Fund Requests table, found under Time & Billing in the navigation, lists every request along with its matter, trust account, amount requested, amount paid, outstanding balance, due date, sent date, and status.

Search Matter Files

You can now search files right from the Files tab on a matter. Search looks across all folders, and each result shows its location, so you can find what you need without clicking through folders.

"Delay Until Task Status" Deletion Options

Some automation steps wait on a task, for example “delay until this task is completed.” Now, when a user deletes the task or step that matters are waiting on, a pop-up asks what to do with them:

  • Move them to the next Action: the automation continues as if the task were done.

  • Mark them failed: they drop out of the automation instead of hanging.

When you schedule an appointment, you will now search your contacts to add additional attendees. On booking requests, including forms, booking forms, and Request Appointment, you choose which relationship types clients can pick for their attendees.
