The Meta Ads integration makes it easy to track your advertising performance in Lawmatics — without manual setup or ongoing maintenance.

Once connected, Lawmatics automatically pulls in your Meta ad campaigns and spend, and creates new matters from incoming ad leads. This gives you clearer attribution, better reporting, and less busywork for your team.

Before you get started

To connect Meta Ads, you’ll need:

  • Admin access in Lawmatics

  • Access to the Meta ad account you want to connect

  • Your firm set up to receive new matters automatically


Connect your Meta Ads account

Connecting your account only takes a few steps:

  1. In Lawmatics, go to Settings.

  2. Open Integrations.

  3. Select Meta Ads.

  4. Follow the prompts to sign in to Meta and choose your ad account.

Once you’re connected, Lawmatics takes care of the rest.

Good to know: Only one Meta ad account can be connected to a Lawmatics account at a time.


Campaigns and ad spend

After the integration is enabled, your Meta ad campaigns appear in Lawmatics automatically.

Lawmatics:

  • Pulls in your active Meta ad campaigns

  • Keeps advertising spend updated on an ongoing basis

  • Displays campaign sync status so you always know what’s connected

You don’t need to recreate campaigns or upload spend by hand. As things change in Meta, Lawmatics stays in sync and keeps your reporting accurate.

Sources and attribution

Lawmatics automatically creates a Meta Ads source when the integration is connected.

This source is used to:

  • Attribute matters created from Meta ads

  • Track campaign performance

  • Power your marketing and ROI reports

No additional setup is required.


Leads and matter creation

When someone submits a lead through your Meta ads, Lawmatics automatically creates a matter for that lead.

This means:

  • Leads are captured right away, without manual imports

  • Each matter is linked to the correct Meta campaign and source

  • Your intake process stays consistent across ad channels

This setup helps ensure no leads slip through the cracks and gives you better visibility into which ads are generating real opportunities for your firm.

Automatically creating matters from ad leads helps you respond faster and reduces the risk of missed follow-ups. It also keeps your intake process consistent, so every lead enters your system the same way — no matter where it came from.


Managing the integration

You can manage your Meta Ads integration directly from the integration settings in Lawmatics.

From there, you can:

  • See which Meta ad account is connected

  • View the list of syncing campaigns

  • Check the status of campaign and spend syncing

  • Disconnect the integration at any time

Everything related to the integration lives in one place, making it easy to review or make changes when needed.

Having everything in one place makes it easy to check on the integration, confirm data is syncing as expected, or make changes when needed — without digging through multiple settings or tools.


If you disconnect the integration

If you ever choose to disconnect Meta Ads:

  • New ad spend will stop syncing

  • New Meta ad leads will no longer create matters

  • Previously synced data will remain available for reporting


Notes to keep in mind

  • Available data depends on what Meta provides

  • Some changes made in Meta may take a little time to appear in Lawmatics

  • Campaign names and structure are controlled by Meta
