Merlin AI features are billed using AI Outcomes. Your firm purchases a monthly allowance of AI Outcomes, which is shared across the Merlin suite, including Merlin Qualify, Merlin Engage, and future Merlin AI agents.
An AI Outcome is generated when a Merlin AI agent successfully completes a billable task. Depending on how your firm uses Merlin, a lead may generate one or more AI Outcomes.

Overage Charges
If you exceed your included AI Outcomes during a billing cycle, overage charges will apply on your next billing date based on your plan's overage rate.

Existing Qualify Customers
If you're currently using AI Credits with Merlin Qualify, your plan will automatically transition to AI Outcomes starting September 8, 2026.
